Small Workshops

Referred to as “Easy in and Easy Out” these units are let on a Standard Tenancy Agreement which offers tenants the benefits of a short three month termination period.  

Small workshop units may be available in the following locations:

Pinfold Workshops, Pinfold Industrial Estate, Buckley, CH7 3PL

Situated on a well-established industrial estate midway between Buckley and the A494 Pinfold is well positioned for quick and easy access to the A55 Expressway.

Units are fully self-contained with their own lavatory facilities and apart from the smallest units, all benefit from vehicular access. 

The estate benefits from a three phase electricity supply.  All applicants are responsible for checking that the electricity supply to their preferred unit is sufficient to meet the needs of their business.

None permissible activity:  Car repairs are not permissible on this estate.

Situated in a mainly residential area these workshops are located near to the main Broughton to Chester Road (A5104).

Originally a Victorian school, the single storey brick and slate roof building has six self-contained units providing simple, basic accommodation.

Whilst individual units do not benefit from direct vehicular access, enclosed parking is available in the original school yard.   

None permissible activity:  Open storage is not permitted, although container storage may be possible subject to necessary planning approvals and prior agreement.

Larger Commercial Units

Leased on longer terms these larger units are available to let on fixed term periods, for example 2 years, 5 years, or longer).   On full repairing and insuring terms, tenants are responsible for the reasonable legal fees involved in the preparation.

Shops

Flintshire is able to offer a number of shops for lease in and on the outskirts of three town locations.

Church Street, Flint, CH6 5AD

A small parade of shops situated in the town centre at the top of Church Street close to both national traders such as Boots, Iceland, Spec Savers and Sayers and a number of independent traders.

The shops benefit from a ‘one way’ road system with ample parking both within easy walking distance and along Church Street itself.

A minimum two year term is offered and tenants are responsible for all repairs and decoration to the interior and shop front.  The Landlord is responsible for the exterior and common areas subject to a service charge.
