Waste and Recycling collections.
If changes to waste collections have had to be made, you will find details of any temporary collection arrangements on the main Bins, Recycling and Waste page.

School Closures.
The School Closures page is updated by the Schools themselves to advertise any full or partial closures. You may also wish to check the schools own website / moodle page for more specific information about a particular school.

Gritting / Snow clearance.
The Gritting and snow clearance pages contain useful information such as the Council’s priority salting routes, our responsibilities for clearing snow and other frequently asked questions.

Fallen Trees.
To report a fallen tree which is obstructing the highway or causing a danger to the public, please contact Streetscene.

Emergency Planning.
The Emergency Planning pages contain various information to help deal with an emergency situation, such as extreme cold conditions, flooding and fire.

What to do if your electricity supply goes off.

Any disruption to public transport will be highlighted on the Traveline Cymru website.
