Published: 01/02/2016
Changes are to be made to the network of libraries during February to March.
The service is making these changes in line with The Medium Term Plan for
Libraries which was agreed by the Cabinet in March 2015 and which aims to
ensure a sustainable library network within a context of 30% budget
efficiencies over a three year period. Officers have been working with
communities to ensure these changes are managed as smoothly as possible.
