Jobs Fair success

Almost 600 people attended the first jobs, skills and training event held at Deeside Leisure Centre since the pandemic.

The Jobs Fair was aimed at adults and young people seeking work and it proved to be another successful collaboration between Communities for Work, Jobcentre Plus and Careers Wales.

The event had over 60 employers with 1000 live vacancies.  

As well as applying for the many vacancies on offer, jobseekers were able to meet with and put questions direct to employers.

Over the coming months there will be pop up jobs fairs happening across the county.  Further information will be released soon.
