Customer Involvement Strategy Consultation

Are you a Council tenant (also known as a Contract Holder)?

If yes, please read on as we’d like to hear from you.

Listening to and involving our customers is a vital part of improving our services. We want you to tell us how you’d like to be informed and involved.

We are currently developing our Involvement Strategy. This will set out what opportunities there will be for tenants to get involved in their Housing Service and have their say on what matters to them.

We have set out our draft aims and objectives of what we’d like to do and how we want to go about achieving this, working with our tenants along the way. In order to develop this all further we’d like to get your views.
