We have a full housing register of potential tenants who are seeking suitable housing and can move at short notice. This means there will be reduced periods of your property being empty and we can provide a tenant matching service to suit your needs.

• Ongoing Tenant Support
With fully trained support staff and a variety of support services, Flintshire Council can offer help and assistance to tenants with many aspects of their tenancies, from filling out forms to managing their finances.  At the end of a tenancy Flintshire Council can offer support to your tenants in finding them alternative accommodation and support you through finding new tenants.

• Total Control of Choice of Tenants
Once registered with us, you have total discretion over whether or not you wish to accept any proposed tenants. Our job is to foster long term sustainable housing so we will aim to provide recommendations to suit your needs.

• Landlord Support
The Landlord Support Team is available to provide you with any help and advice regarding all aspects of renting your homes. From issues regarding rent to repair issues.

• Deposits and Rent in Advance
With access to deposit Bonds and grant funding we are able to provide additional support to help tenants to set up and maintain their tenancies.

• The Service is Free
Our Landlord Support Services, have been developed to meet the needs of the local community and are funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and Flintshire Council. We do not make any profit or charge for this service. Other than a small fee for specific leasing schemes, we will not charge you for assistance provided.
