Under the Childcare Act 2006, Flintshire County Council has a legal obligation to carry out Childcare Sufficiency Assessments every 5 years. Survey responses will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling this legal obligation. The published results of the survey will not contain any personally identifiable data. 

Your personal data will not be shared with any other organisation and will only be used for the specific purpose stated. Survey responses will be retained for 5 years.
