Consultations on Post-16 (sixth form) education in the Flint area are currently being reviewed. The Flintshire School Modernisation Strategy says that sixth forms must have more than 120 students. Some have more, but some have less.

Consultations on the future provision of post-16 education in the Flint area.  Consultation meetings were held at St Richard Gwyn Catholic High School on Monday, 9th December and at Flint High School on Monday, 16th December.  Consultation documents with details were available on the website or from the schools.  Consultation was open until 31st January 2014.
