There are a number of opportunities to access training.

• Online Learning – Flintshire County Council have teamed up with Grey Matter Learning to offer over 50 online courses including the Personal Assistant Induction Certificate

• PA Induction Certificate - developed in Partnership with Grey Matter Learning, Flintshire County Council's bespoke training opportunity for DP Personal Assistants.

• Workforce Development - Personal Assistants can access training through Flintshire County Council’s Workforce Development Team. Contact 01352 702591 or email wdt@flintshire.gov.uk for more information on the courses they are currently running.
