The Flintshire Community Learning Disability Team works with adults with learning disabilities.
If you have a learning disability, we can help you:
- get the information you need
- find things to do in the day and night
- plan for your future
- keep safe in and out of your home
- look after your physical and mental health
- have a voice and be heard
- work out your money and budget
- try new things
- get support or help the people who already support you
In our team, we have:-
Social Workers, Nurses, Reviewing Officers,Clinical psychologist,Psychiatrist,Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapists, Physiotherapist, Health support workers and Administrators
For help and advice:If you already have a social worker or community nurse call us between 8.30am and 5pm on 01352 701081. If you don’t have a social worker ring Single Point of Access on 03000 858858 telephone to explain your needs, someone can do this for you if you want, like a friend or your G.P.
