Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board Survey 'What Keeps Me Healthy'
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is the largest health organisation in Wales, providing lots of different health services for the people of North Wales. The Health Board also has an important role to play in improving the health and well being of the people living in North Wales.
We are in the process of writing our annual report, and this year it’s about children and young people. We’d like to know about the things in your life that help to keep your body and mind healthy. We call these ‘Health Assets’.
By finding out this information, we can see what you know about what is available in your area, how we can make services better for you and see if there are any gaps. The information you give us will form part of our annual report, which will be available later in November 2014. After we’ve produced our report, we’ll be letting everyone know what we think should happen.
All of the answers will be anonymous. We will only ask you for some general details about yourself, but we will not be able to tell who said what for each question..
